Kyle Losch
Director of Finance

As Director of Finance, Kyle oversees a specialized team that sources commercial loan options for commercial and investment real estate. With over twelve years of experience in financing, Kyle attributes his success to listening to his clients, completing an in-depth needs analysis, and sourcing financing that meets his client’s long-term investment strategy.

Kyle graduated Lock Haven University (LHU) with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting, as well as a minor in economics. After graduating from LHU, Kyle attended the Pennsylvania State University (PSU) and obtained his Master of Business Administration degree through PSU’s Executive Master of Business Administration program at the Smeal College of Business.

In Kyle’s free time, he likes to travel and experience different cultures and food. Kyle also enjoys golfing and visiting his favorite city, Nashville.

Jeff Meierhofer
Senior Loan Officer

Jeff has provided proven results for his clients over the past 20 years and serves as the the Senior Loan Officer for TMG. Through being a member of CCIM and speaking at NAIOP conferences, he has garnered a wide range of capabilities in the commercial real estate lending field.

Jeff can find the shiny parts of any transaction. His creativity in solving underwriting challenges on behalf of his clients has saved many deals. Providing straight answers on tough questions has become his hallmark.

If he is not in his office, he in the outdoors or in a different country. Jeff has traveled to over 50 countries and has been able to share resources through direct philanthropic efforts to those less fortunate. He has served as a Board Member for Habitat for Humanity and participates as a member of the county EMS team. Skiing, fishing, canyoneering, and adventure travel fill any gaps.

Brandi Link
Commercial Loan Officer

Brandi has over 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She began her journey as a Residential Loan Processor/Underwriter. She later transitioned to Commercial Loan processor. She carries this knowledge over to her current position as a Loan Originator. Brandi feels that her processing experience gives her a strong advantage to create seamless transactions for her clients. She prides herself in exceeding clients’ expectations by maintaining a close client contact throughout the loan process by always being available to her clients.

Brandi takes pride and what she does. She has an outgoing personality with attention to delivering outstanding customer service to her clients. She is well-versed in customer care and successful in achieving her sales goals.

Brandi enjoys staying fit by working out and eating right. She also enjoys being a mom to her beautiful daughter.

Jared Shupe
Commercial Loan Officer

With nearly 25 years in commercial banking, Jared is a consummate and experienced Commercial Real Estate, C&I, and SBA lender. His years working with publicly traded financial institutions, has provided Jared with extensive underwriting and loan structuring background that allows him to find solutions to complex loan scenarios. Having presented numerous loans to bank loan committees and approval chains, Jared often anticipates potential credit questions and hurdles. He works closely with both client and lender to mitigate those issues to ensure a smooth credit approval process.

Jared truly speaks “Banker” but also speaks “Borrower” making him an excellent liaison between lender and client. He goes above and beyond to ensure his clients get what they need for their loan terms.

Jared spends free time on the golf course and many western rivers flyfishing. He also spends time traveling the world with his wife and two children as well as coaching and watching his kids excel in youth athletics.

Paul Kuster
Commercial Loan Officer

Paul has held various positions in commercial real estate over the past 37 years including lending, valuation, acquisition, and development. Paul holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Business at Arizona State University.

Paul has been a borrower and a lender and uses his experience to match our client’s needs with executable lender solutions that lead to successful transactions.

Residing in Texas, Paul is an active member in a professional business network. He spends his free time with his wife enjoying family, golf, and travel.

Robert Chase
Commercial Loan Officer

Robert spent seventeen years in commercial banking with a major financial institution, including roles as a commercial loan officer and running a commercial banking team. In addition to commercial real estate, his experience includes lending to commercial and industrial companies, professional practices, commercial real estate, and SBA loans. His background allows him to quickly work through transactions and get ahead of potential issues for approval and a smooth closing.

Robert spends his free time outdoors with hobbies including trail running, surfing, fishing, and finding tropical locations.

Michael Estes
Commercial Loan Officer

Michael Estes spent over 25 years in the banking industry with his most recent role as Chief Lending Officer for a community bank. Most of his career has been in a commercial lending role, leading commercial teams and structuring deals. He has extensive lending experience with both commercial real estate transactions and commercial/industrial loans. Michael holds advanced degrees from the Stetson-Hatcher School of Business at Mercer University (MBA) as well as the Stonier Graduate School of Banking hosted by The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a leadership certificate from The Wharton School.

Michael’s enthusiastic spirit and love for helping his clients achieve their goals has propelled him to be involved in many types of transactions over the course of his career. His persistence and knowledge to find the right solutions has created value for his clients time and again.

Michael resides in Johnson City, Tennessee with his wife and six children – where much of his free time is consumed.

Alicia Biermans
Commercial Loan Associate 

Alicia has worked in the real estate and finance industry for 15 years. As the Loan Coordinator at TMG, she focuses on client connection, loan intake, and lender development, and is the assistant to the Director. She is skilled in creating customer relationships and building trust with our clients.

Alicia is highly motivated team player with a passion for learning more and providing a superior client experience. “I work hard to build trust with our customers so they know they are getting the best service possible!”

Alicia enjoys spending time with her dog, Bear, outdoors and watching football (49’ers) with friends and family. She also likes to spend her time off with family in California and her niece and nephew in Texas.
